Tom started his career as a CPA and became a manager with one of the largest international CPA firms in the world. But he also has been a:
- Founder of the premier Med Spa Franchisor in the US,
- Started a software company that was sold to Borland,
- Managed an International Private Equity Firm
- Been a CFO, COO and President in a broad range of industries
- Planned and founded an early B2B Internet company in the mid 1990’s, and
- Started C-Level Services to counsel many business owners both in their personal finance and how to accelerate the value of their business.
Tom’s career has included successful stints as CFO, COO and President of startups to Enterprises with $300 million in sales. Then he noticed a recurring theme in business owners’ failure and started researching the foundational statistics of small business. What he found both SHOCKED and SADDENED him. From this, Tom purposed to discover and develop a disruptive solution that would have broad appeal to a large number of small to medium business owners and change the course of BOTH their business’s future and their personal heritage!

Ford Taylor is the Founder of FSH Strategy Consultants, Inc., which includes of Transformational Leadership (TL) Training Consulting and Non-Profit Foundation. TL On Demand brings the TL seminar training into the cloud and makes it available as a monthly Membership.
What is Transformational Leadership?
While every leader has influence, not every leader has the power to positively impact others or move organizations toward success. Having the right tools to foster an organization that you aspire to lead makes you a Transformational Leader.
Ford is known as a man who can solve complex business issues, with straightforward practical solutions, while maintaining his focus on the people that serve the organization. After completing a Business Management degree from Texas A&M University, he jumped into becoming an owner/operator of small apparel company named CC Creations.
This small company grew to the publicly traded Brazos Sportswear Corporation. The company grew from a few small individual investors to a 300 Million-Dollar operation. In 1997 Ford and his family moved to Cincinnati to serve as the CEO of this growing company.
Ford eventually left his role as CEO of Brazos Sportswear to help grow and develop other companies through business consulting. Further he went on to start the ministry of Transformation Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky for the purpose of unifying leaders across the region to impact improvement in their local communities. Due to a rising to market demands he founded later FSH Strategy Consultants, Inc. The company is currently comprised of teams that provide leadership training and strategic consulting. Individuals and teams achieve transformation by addressing and removing personal and professional constraints. He is now known and dearly loved for his passion to see lives and organizations better equipped to serve their communities and families.
Ford Taylor is the co-author of the book "the Hike" which contains many of the principles found in the Transformational Leadership material (Training). The material is a result of specific solutions to a long history of transforming multiple companies and individual lives.
Ford and his wife of 32 years, Sandra, live in Cincinnati, Ohio. They are blessed with three lovely daughters, Whitney, Emily, and Quincy.

Jason Benedict is an experienced global executive who has spent over two decades as an innovator in business and social entrepreneurship.

Jason Benedict is an experienced global executive who has spent over two decades as an innovator in business and social entrepreneurship.
He has founded several businesses and NGO (non-governmental organization) ventures and serves as a Strategist with the Regent University Center for Entrepreneurship. He is the Co-founder of the Rwanda Business Development Center and over the years has coached hundreds of entrepreneurs.
Jason is the founder and CEO of Touchstone Business Solutions, LLC as a consulting firm focused on providing management solutions in the areas of strategic marketing, planning, business model design and capitalization.
He has specific experience with: sales, marketing, operations, finance, capitalization (funding), business development and the integration of life-purpose and business. Jason earned his MBA from Regent University.
